Lifefabs: Winner of UAL Knowledge Exchange Awards 2025

On Friday 19th September 2025 Digby Usher, DPS alumni and bio-entrepreneur picked up the Small Project, Big Impact Award at CSM at the annual Knowledge Exchange awards which recognises innovative new pedgagoies, new partnerships and new research initiatives.

open-access collaborative biofabrication playground. Providing creatives, scientists, engineers and communities access to low-cost research-grade facilities. 

Our mission is to empower everyone to contribute to the field of scientific discovery by establishing alternative production models to support and provide a hub for researchers to invent, build and translate projects into impactful real-world application.
